Community Fitness and Dance Club recognise that not everyone enjoys the same type of workout so we provide a complete range of classes including athletic (but easy on the co-ordination!) Boot Camps & Circuit Classes, all over Body Toning, Stability Ball training, healthy "Abs 'n' Backs", Stretch and Relaxation (incorporating Pilates, Yoga and Chi-Ball), in addition to Aerobics, Dance Fitness and pure Dance classes for those who like to boogaayy!! All classes are instructed by highly qualified and experienced fitness teachers led by Helen Carpenter-Waters (UK Fitness Leader of the Year, FitPro) who offer appropriate exercises for a variety of abilities, accommodating clients with injuries, pregnancy and medical conditions.
